When Should You Go To Therapy?
Talk therapy is a great option for individuals who have experienced the death of a loved one, someone who has attempted or thought about suicide, experienced a traumatic event, struggling with job related issues, feelings of hopelessness, strained relationships and someone who wants to learn more about themselves.
How Do The Therapy Sessions Work?
The free 15 minute phone consultation is to see if we are a good fit. For therapy to be effective, you need to feel like you can trust me and that I am a good personality fit with you. During our first session, we will establish therapy goals that way we have a road map for where you want to go. However, we can deviate from that map and talk about whatever you’d like to address in session. From there our sessions will look different each time we meet. This is your time, and you can bring whatever you’d like to work on into the session.
